Sending Transcripts
Using GAcollege411

1)      Go to www.GAcollege411.org.

2)      Create an account or log in.

3)      Go to MY 411.

4)      On left menu, go to MY TRANSCRIPTS.

5)      Select “Grayson”.

6)      Select college(s) to receive transcript.

7)      Scroll down and you will see documentation that the transcript was sent.

Ordering Transcripts from GHS

If you are a current student attending Grayson, please come by the counseling office and submit a request for  transcript form.  The cost is $5.00 per transcript and must be paid for at the time you order.
If you graduated or withdrew during the 2011 or 2012 school year, you may complete the form below including the address of the college needing to receive your transcript.  You then need to drop off cash or mail a check for $5.00 payable to Grayson High School, Attention Counseling, 50 Hope Hollow Rd, Loganville, GA 30052, in order to pay for your transcript. 
If you graduated or withdrew from Grayson High School prior to the 2011 school year, you will need to request your transcript from the County Records Office by calling 678-301-6302.
