Permits to Work
Work Permit Instructions
Students now access the web to obtain a work permit form by going to www.dol.state.ga.us
Once on the website:
Select the Child Labor quick link
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select online work permit then select minor
Enter personal information, verify accuracy and click submit
Print a copy of the work permit sheet to give to employer
The employer will complete their portion of the work permit form online (or handwritten). The printed copy of the work permit form contains a link for employers to submit their information.
Once the employer has completed their portion of the form, return your form to the Counseling Office at Grayson High School. Your completed work permit will be ready for you to pick up 24 hours later.
